How we use the details you send us
Who we are
This website is run by Ampera Energy Ventures LLP (AEV), 204, A Wing, Supreme Business Park, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai 400076. AEV decides how the personal data described here is used.
What we collect
When you request a site assessment through the form, we collect:
- your name, company, designation, email address and mobile number
- the site location, contract demand, monthly electricity bill and, if you give it, the roof area
- anything you write in the message box
- your consent and the date and time you sent the form
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure. Fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a yield estimate, tariff and saving for your site and to follow up on that assessment. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists.
We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on the form, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who can see it
Your details are seen by the AEV team handling your enquiry. They pass through the form processing, email and hosting services we use, which act on our behalf and may store data outside India. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a contract, we delete your details within 24 months of our last contact with you. If it does, we keep them for the life of the contract and for as long afterwards as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent or raise a grievance. Write to info@amperaenergyventures.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
